Beams illuminate a home, but when it comes to absence of people, they stand unseen. Dwellings void of individual presence stay dull. No one to welcome the lamp, no one's property to lighten up. Empty houses remain desolate of light, leaving the lights pointless. Beam seeks occupants, but in absence of people's dwelling, there's not a soul to brighten.
